I was using an IR thermometer to measure the temp of the pipe just so people know, it also showed my brakes were up to 150 deg!

1. i have read on different forums the front brakes are a straight swap onto a sp20/lazer do i just need the calipers or the whole brake set up lines, master cylinder etc
2.has anyone put mazda 6 mps seats in a sp20/lazer do they fit

You'd probably require new mounts for the seats...

I wouldn't bother with the brakes. The rotors are very heavy and will make your car much slower due to the additional rotating mass. Just get better rotors / pads for the SR2 and call it a day.

if you own a ford sr2 with alloy wheels the centre caps fit perfectly in the mazda 6 wheels i will be getting a set of d1 spec blue wheel nuts on saturday aswell
here are some fitment pics

plenty of space between the strut and wheel

still need to sand the spray puddy then will be painting the rims in 2 weeks in matte black
also the coils woow will put up a pic soon
and i have 4 federal 595 215/35/18 tires coming from federal tyres

ok painted my wheels gloss black few imperfections but it was my first time using a spray gun and 2pak paint but as i have said b4 these are temps till i find a set of work eurolines so they will do.
my home made spray booth which had a few holes lol

me ready to paint sorry about sideways photo

painting the inside of the rims

then 3 layers of gloss black b4 clear

after 3 layers of 2pack clear

in the end im happy with them for a first timer will be taking them into work in 2 weeks to fit tires to them gotta wait till the paint drys properly

Send a message via ICQ to JDM323
3 coats of clear will do that
congrats on the plastic spray booth and good job on the rims, bet you can't wait to get them fitted (after curing time) the wait will be the killer
