mazda sp20 hesitation issue

Hi everyone
Last week my daughter bought a sp20 mazda in melb.when I was driving it I felt a hessitation not bag but there.when I was cruising at 100 120 140 kms the hesitation is very noticable.
The hesitation is there all the time while on light and cruising acceleration, I have put scan tool on it with no errors except for rear oxy sensor, I have disconected ever sensor, afm, tps.
I have tried a new afm and tps and still not fixed, but when I disconect the tps the car runs like a dream.
So my question is what does the tps do on sp20 and does any body have any answers for me please.

bad coil packs, spark plugs, and/or leads... replace them all now before it becomes an expensive fix!
