Damnit Damnit Damnit...
The whole overheating radiator thing **** me off like you wouldnt believe. I was gona try and push it hard today, but the car didnt like it, and had to contend myself with keeping to the back of the cruise. Oh well. New radiator within a week.... If it wasent for this damned flue id be able to sort alot more **** out. I gota get the aircon radiator out too, sort out my internal wiring, fit a turbo timer, buy a whole bunch of gauges and fit them, fit my CAI, and lots lots more. Anyone know where I can buy gauges cheap? Id like a Oil Temp, Water Temp and Boost gauge. Oh and what was that place every1 recomended for buying radiators? |

They have extra holes for their built-in oil cooler for the auto gearbox. I seriously doubt an auto box would be better at cooling because some of the space is used for the oil cooling. UNLESS you use the oil cooler for your engine???

Thought I best sign up...
Had a ball... only complaint was the stopping on narrow roads, when we had just passed perfectly servicable lookouts where I could have gotten some nice photos!!! Anyway, cant wait to see the photos and vids of the trip.. was a nice run.. The twisties were great fun (mandy didn't like them much unfortunatly...)... cant wait to try once the superlows go on... was fairly "spirited" the whole way... car got the cobwebs blown out... and I got to road test the response of the TB and intake mods (these work an absolute treat Twilight...can't thank you enough for helping out with them!!) Spoke to SILVERBULLIT from the toyota club.. he had a good time but pulled out due to last nights curry disagreeing with the twisties... He'll be at the drag day in force...Expect to see you all there... NA Guys and Gals to help us get the trophy, FI people to give us some awesome burnouts and ultra fast runs to look at...and to support your NA brethren in their march to superiority over the toyota guys (looking increasingly likely now that northy's car is out of commission...) |

We had a great time, I wish I could've shown off more to the Silver Sportivo, but he was unfortunately stuck behind me on the wet twisties section, and with 2 cactus tyres I wasnt willing to push too hard...

yah, fun cruise...nice burnouts you two...need to go back again and add to the collection. set off some bushfire alerts.
I wish i could've driven (not that i wouldve kept up) but yeah, car = leaking. I found out it is an engine mount so its no biggie. looking forward to the next one. |
