man you are really going all out. I would love to get so enthusiastic with my lil' BF but unfortunately for now I can't. Your thread makes me want to get it done though......very torturous lol This beasty of yours is really taking shape as a little legend that's for sure! Keep it up so I don't get b-o-r-e-d.....

Thank you man, yeah decided not to play around. I'm not going to go any bigger with the motor so might as well start with all the little things getting it to run mint.
In a few weeks after i get it certified the motor is gonna come out and engine bay will be cleaned up, weld all the holes and resprayed and Deloom as well. After that or maybe during I'll start collecting all the performance bits. I'm staying N/A for now so I'm just going bigger TB, disable VICS, Extractors and 2.25" exhaust with cat(maybe depending on my certifier) Then next year I'll turbo

I had the crossmember off today again and slotted a few things, so it sits better that i also had to custom make the engine mount so i can get some more clearance on the side. I'm so tired lol been a long day. On top of this driving my moms ford laser home from the wreckers the oil pump decided to go and seized the motor :| $100 for tow truck lucky i have an extra motor sitting here. Might add a few mods to the auto box to give it a bit more of a kick.
Also got my new trailing arms needed this to fit my rear hubs

Small update on my car is the 5 stud rears should hopefully be on today after i get my struts welded.
Had to make a custom engine mount so i could get clearance at the rear gearbox mount. Also made custom gear selectors and short shifter. Currently making a strut brace as well have to make it so it go past the FE3 intake coz it sits too high. I also figured out that the later Model 626 Wagon 1995 with the FE3 in them they have a lower intake manifold so might look into it. It drives sooo much smoother now that the mounts have been fixed

Well my car is pretty much done now, sorted most of the rattles. Just need a cert and then I'll probably start panel work.
The light was all funky in this pic and made the back of my car look like a different colour :| And got my new bumper on
