6" and 6.5" splits fit into doors?

Hi everyone.
Looknig at buying some hertz esk165 spltis soon.

to be going into a 2001 323 astina
Just wondering if anyone knows if they'll fit? before i rip the doors off etc.

seems the factory speakers are 5x7, and most people recommend making a mdf baffle to secure them.

just making sure they'll fit before i buy them. thanks.

not looking at buying the hertz 5x7 coaxials either, definately want the splits.

Yeah, the ESK165s will definitely fit no probs. And you will need to make an MDF baffle to secure them properly.

my JL's required a tiny bit of filing to fit, but i mounted mine on an aluminium bracket instead of mdf
