The engine computer adjuts the idle controller to bring the revs up when the electircal load goes up.

You dont want to get rid of it.

However if the gains are making that much difference its worth looking at why they would put a strain on your car. Make sure you have a hefty power cable from the battery to the boot to power the amps, and also that you have a clean , strong ground spot with the paint sanded off so that its contact on bare metal.

Weak power & ground supply for amps will increase the resistance and that'll increase the electrical strain on the car.
