i saw a (poor gav) lowered 1.8 with 18" chrome wheels in tit grey driving along bowen brigde rd near the ICB turnoff on saturday just past (i was looking at the car and he was looking at me - was quite funny).
saw a hoon yesterday. police cars in pursuit (but falling behind)
