Hay to mazda lovers. HELP ME PLEASE?

right i am new here and was wondering if i could get some help so i can get a bit more pep out of my manual 2001 sp20.
does anyone know about advancing the timing? or any tips on the induction.

i have put an exhaust on at this stage and thats it. i need free stuff to do as i dont have spare funds for my car at the mo.

if ther are any new zealand sp20 owners i would love some info on good part places, i live in auckland.

i really want some chrome tail and head and indicator lights any info please.

yes i do!!

but i'm not sure you'd want to do it in a hurry!

you need to advance the intake timing ON THE CAM BELT - ie move the cam forward one gear - this is the only way to advance timing apart from a new ECU as there is no disi

adjusting the castor is another free mod which will give a bit better handling in corners as its dynamic camber

choosing the right fuel is also important, trial and error over a few tanks is the best way, as local fuels are different everywhere

Platypusoo, did you end up prefering the B spot or the C spot strut aligment?

C spot was best.

B spot gave uneven wear, A was flat

d was craptacular


i tried to find the g spo..... still can't find it
