You could get a tape to ipod adapter thingy, something like this.

Alternatively you could use a radio transceiver, where your ipod plugs into it and it broadcasts a radio frequency (usually something like 86-88fm) and you tune your radio to it. The quality of the playback usually isn't that great, and can wander in and out depending on which brand you have and what frequencies the radio plays on in your area, but it still works and it's cheap.

Just have a look in a store like Dick Smiths, JB Hi Fi etc.

SP20's only have a built in 6 stacker, no tape player.

after a little search on this very site, i found a this Auxmod site that might help ya out, only thing is it doesnt charge the ipod and you have to choose the songs you want manually ie. thru the ipod.

Hope that helps,

Cheers
Marc

I have one of these in my SP20 - http://www.therpmstore.com/product_i...roducts_id=141 and they do make an ipod one - http://www.therpmstore.com/product_i...roducts_id=142 but you would have to check if it works first. I got mine from an Australian seller on ebay as they do come up for sale now and again.

Send a message via MSN to Doogal
Get a radio transmitter, just plugs into your ipod and tune your radio to the station

Thanks to everyone. I think it may be easier to put the money towards getting a new head unit that allows easy ipod integration.

Will keep you posted on what brand/model I choose.

I was thiking a Pioneer headunit with Eclipse speakers throughout.
