Hi guys, just wondering if anyone changes the fluid in there manual boxes?

Got to your 3rd page looking for an answer then got tired of reading. Anyone else with a quick answer? What fluid do I use ?

I will be using penrite pro-gear 75/90 full synthetic when my rebuilt G-series box gets fitted, currently only have F-series and fp 1.8L motor.

Man just put penrite gear 80/90 in it,
Pro gear is "GL5" grade These garboxes were built before GL5 was avaliable so a GL4 grade is the needed grade

My trans has mazda3 internals and kaaz 1.5 way lsd which is why the choice I have made.
