all good chris!
so me and dane (db) blacked the inserts of my lights today, got to his house at 9 and didnt leave till 6,so it was a long day, most because i had a crap headlight protectors that have been on there before i bought the car and we decided to take them off which took about 2hours.. also hopefully i will start sanding the lip back tomorrow.

I think it would have looked even better if you used flat black paint

Been through your thread man, very nice progression with the car, making a lot of subtle touches that combine to make a very well rounded car!
Personal faves so far are the stickerbombed fascia panel and blacked out headlight innards, a very tough looking mod that most people are scared off by due to needing to open up your headlights. Good work Look forward to seeing more photos and progress fella! |

Looking great, that with the front lip will be sweet.
I was going to go Saturn black when I did mine, but changed my mind and went flat black... Made it look more like the factory black plastic. Rekon the Saturn would look better on a yellow car anyway.

The satin black looks mint on her lights especially as it had the film protector, her lense is basicall brand new no scratches or anything.
just jess no need the black bonnet doesnt everyone agree

Black and yellow looks good, although I think the yellow fog lights look a little out of place now... Well at least I think tinted would fit in a bit better....
I painted my headlights matte first but it looks pretty average in sunlight so I redid them in satin, looked good in any light |
