that depends entirely on weather or not your friend wants to have insurance and doesnt want to be bothered with police...
almost any mod apart from standard stuff, like basic suspension, exhaust some interior etc needs to be engineerd and complienced.. if its not and your like pfft noone will catch me, well when u have a accident, then ur insurance will go thru your car with a fine toothcomb (unless your car is 100% stock and its not insured for any extras, even then mayb..) and if they find anythig in ur car thats not rdworthy say bye bye to the payout.. they will cover you regardless as long as you pay the premium, its your responsibility to make sure the stuff you have is rdwrthy, if its not they wont pay you, simple as that.. |
