yer been busy as recently with work and ****.. put my back out the other week so everything is slow and steady now.. So the list of things I need to buy before i can get started on the wiring; - turbosmart 40mm external Wastegate - Assorted -8 lines and fittings - Two black IC hoses - 72mm welsh plug I have installed my 1000cc injectors but not 100% happy with the mounting and the location of the return line from the M-tuned fuel rail as it hits the Throttle body. Might look into using the return bung that’s underneath the fuel rail. It looks like it will hit the manifold too but with the right fitting It should work nicely. i have removed the internal washegate and welded up the flap on the standard turbo manifold, painted it all with flat black paint and the re-installed it on the car.. looks good now. just need to weld the new external gate to the manifold and i'll be sorted

Hey man, yeh the outlet will smack the throttle body unless you use a 90deg adapter. Top outlet port is 1/4NPT. Both me and Ryan have got an adapter from Pirtek.

Interesting. Well we can compare when I bring Alan down in the BG this week. I spoke to the manufacturer in getting the thread sizes and he said it was definitely a dual feed, single return setup. He said you can use that port for a gauge if you're running single feed, single return. But I found cylinders 3 and 4 got overfueled when it was single in, single out for me.

Front end is back together.. just need to finish off engine loom, exhaust, bleed brakes, and connect the gearbox shifter and driveshafts. I also have sold my Mazda speed type F seats and they did look nice but i didnt fit into them very well. i have installed the passengers seat again and will show everyone a picture of the new drivers seat when it arrives.

UPDATE TIME
so over the past few mnths i have been working n this car slowly.. I have done the following; - removed and sold my MS racing seats (i didnt fit in them anymore) - ordered a full set of gates water pipes (rad top and bottom, IAC, heater hose in and out, ETC) - had my external gate fitted to the manifold too. - ordered a new dump pipe flange to blank off the internal gate and make it able to use a 3inch pipe straight from the turbo. - -8An fittings welded to rocker cover and intake pipe for speedflow lines.. so really there is not much left for me to buy . just need to keep at it and get it wired up. then save for a tune and rego. i really hope i can have it done by june. the reason for that is because tmy mx5 rego runs out then and i'l love to take that off the road and fix lots of little things with it..
