Motor would be the same as any other FS-DE 2.0L, so around 500-750 range to give an exampe, better off getting a ZE throw in a for hungy more

Mmm, I'm more thinking that it will be easier to sell the car with an engine that has less kms and maybe get a little more $$ for it. So have to work out how much more i would get for the car with less kms vs, how much its going to cost to get new engine and put it in minus anything i get back from old engine.
How would you get money back from an old used engine with ~200,000kms on it?

Probs not much for a 200k engine.. I just turned mine into a coffee table haha! But mine was leaking oil pretty epically. Also, if you want to sell it with "less K's" you would want to get the gauge cluster as well because that's what actually shows how far you've gone.
$660 for the gearbox.. Pretty pricy but still probably cheaper than getting someone to rip apart my other box and put the speed gear in.. |

I believe only the real early Sp20 had the speedo ring on the diff -- Otherthan that the answer is strip the gearbox and fit it -- refer to Phil tread RE this

Yeah he sent me this:
"Yes we have the following: Steering wheel - $55 showing signs of wear of the gold/silver parts Driving light - $130 Shipping - $25 Jeff" Cant be bothered spending money on things which already work anyway so that will be a miss.

They look like pacemaker headers. Further that's an SRI not a CAI.

single cam 2.0L engine. hardly goes like a porsche, neither handles like on either. one of the worse FWD cars i have ever driven. learnt to drive in one of those. will do 205kph if you have a 3km downhill stretch.
