Hah, I don't get on well with that stuff. I tried to cover the silver plastics around the gear stick but it was a failure... now I've still got a bit left over.. keen to see how your front lip turns out. should be great!

Wrapped the grille.... this took forever to do, almost done it with one piece of vinyl but was ripping when i was towards the end. Ended up using two pieces, there is a feint line but can barley see unless really close.
Will fit it in the morning |

Installed the grill this morning here's how its sitting, probably going to have to tape the middle of the air diversion panel cause it kinda sticks up lol
As you can see in this pic you can see i used two pieces of vinyl, can barley see it unless real close |

Looks pretty good, but it doesn't really sit properly flush up against the bumper on the ends? Where did you buy the grill?

Think u should get the real deal from rupe when one comes up.
That fitment isn't too crash hot :/ They tend to sag a lot over the years too

And black grille = millions of stone chips (I know lol) That's an Autoexe replica... Again... Wouldn't bother getting a grille unless its a genuine autoexe or ecarboy. Just asking for problems with the cheap copies. A few usually come up on yahoo Japan. And rupe sometimes brings them in.

And the difference between the Autoexe and eCarBoy is? Do they sit out flush with the bumper at the front, or is there a ledge in front of the grill like on yours?

No, the eCarBoys are a different design - not really a copy as they're quite different.
