fixed the rattely screen issue in my car finally.
now there are only 2 rattles left to fix... but one i dont know where its coming from!!! lol

Door cards perhaps? I have the same problem its where the top of the door car meets the glass..

Lol today i learnt not to powder coat windscreen wipers:P
The arms came out fine but the bolts in the wipers melted and stuck to my parents oven lol

and then dad bought me new wipers but he put the arms around the wrong way and now i can't them off argh!

today i did some measuring for a few things im planing on doing as sonn as the tests finished all should fit pretty good i think

dad bought a new steering colum and all the switches ect on the wheel plus the case for it and im putting them on in the morning, hurray my car shall be back on the road (bus was horrific, 3 times the time i take in my car without speeding at all :O)

I've never heard of DIY powdercoating in the oven. Got instructions ?

lol couldn't refit the arms right so i headed to ultratune they did it for $5 and i told them about my dad's business they wanted to get some stuff done so dad was like Rix $5 well spent i think lol

Well u drive to the sunshine coast,

deliver the goods to ridgewood powder coating
get them to do the job
pay and pick up

something tells me that driving to sunny coast from Melbourne to get something pc'd, paying for petrol, the accomodation on the way up, down and over nite here waiting for the parts, is more expensive than getting the same part plated in 24k gold in melbourne
