Those who have something to prove are on the dyno, show us what you've got

Those with plans can have a run to get their base line

Most important is the gallery to cheer everyone on, it's a strange form of entertainment but Dyno days are very entertaining with a good crowd

damned shame that my sister has moved from the gong to newcastle but she will still be able to hook me up with some accom im sure

the gong is better for melbourne folk too as its another hour and a bit into the heart of sydney and we dont have the issues of getting lost as some of us have been there before!
