I just found it interesting that the rest of the pic was crystal clear - and Mel was the only Smudged part of the image.

Or was it a photoshop job, ghosting?

The reason for the ghost is that the camera has been set to do a long exposure and the person moved during the time hence the blur.

Yeh Mels camera.. and i like the shape of mels lancer better than the other one. We're trying to locate the correct front bumper for it as her's is a VRX lancer and it's a shorter bumper. Long story short, her brother damaged the car and the povo pack lancer bumper was put back on..
