i was at bower's a few weeks ago and they gave me 150 each for monroe and 450 each for kyb. the difference is the stiffness, but apparently there isnt much at all

I regrettably have Monroe’s on the front of my 929. They may be OK for standard springs but with stiffer springs my experience is that they die a short and horrible death. Go the KYB but shop around, $450 each sounds like highway robbery.

Bursons for KYB Shocks. Mine = set of 4 for less then $500 all up. Don't know if that was a special price cause I had my IBM employee tag, but was a damn good price I could not refuse.

I have Monroe Sensatrac's all round in the Lynx

its lowered 2 inches on Whiteline Flatouts

it handles great and I don't have any complaints about them

No, KYB are not a patch on Koni but bang for buck and compared to Monroe they are a much better choice.

And Koni isn't the best. At least KYB and Koni are designed and built for true performance. Monroe is for the mamma and pappa style suspension.

i got a strut test done and apparently the struts are fine, so it seems like there is another problem somewhere. when cornering the front left kinda dips down and the back wants to step out sideways. feels very out of control

mine doest sorta the same thing, i turn a little bit it startes to turn then the whloe car fells like to wants to go sideways. but the sideways feel is a bit delayed like 1/2 second or something from when i actully turn the steering wheel.

i think it may be bushings some where have died so when i feel rich im goin to but new superpro bushes and see is they do anything, it also could be the rubber strut top mounts, the rubber on mine are cracked i dinno if that has to do with anthing.

if u find out tell us might be the same problem
