Strange Noise?

Hi,

1991 Mazda 323 Astina SP with a BPT.

I got the car today and noticed that at times when turning there's this odd clunk kind of a sound?

Could this be the CV Joints need replacing? Or what else could be causing this issue? Any ideas/suggestions?.

If I can get the car into the mechanics tomorrow, I'll get them to have a look at it.

Chris

Sorry but if you have an odd clunk what does a normal clunk sound like?
How did the car pass a RWC with such a problem?

lol, Well it's hard to describe what a kind of clunk it is "so it's an odd clunk lol"

It doesn't do it all the time though, only at times when going around corners.

could be the suspension, maybe some bushes are worn out or the bump stops are buggered...it could be your CV joints...it could be anything really...

Hmm, I'll see what the mechanics say tomorrow. Apart from that everything else is fine.

I don't 100% remember what Dan said to fix it - was late at night. Something about ruber seats? No idea though. Will speak to him about it later on today.

The car is at the mechanics now as we speak, they're looking over it and also installing my BOV.
