I think we're stuck for a location to hold it.
I would say Canberra OR Sydney are the go... Personally I would prefer Canberra as I'm way of my allowed kms in Bruce and really really want to put him on the rollers (plays with intake component that arrived from Perth yesterday) and I'm sure Kitty wants a Baseline curve/figure for the MX.... I guess we need to commit the 'out of state' people one way or the other. What is the furthest the QLD people will come... How far are Melb prepared to go? A. A.

Agreed!!!!
And then we need to do it on a weekend that isn't taken up with something else too. So what is halfway between QLD and VIC? How many people are coming from which states? Who is happy coming to Canberra, who is happy going to Sydney etc. I have a futon lounge that is available for use, you will have to share it with the cats tho! |

Long weekend.
Friday Organise the day off from work and drive to the location and arrive just in time for a feed and some grog with the other tired travellers. Saturday Wake with a hangover do the 3S’s and scoff down a greasy breakfast before making your way to the dyno. Meet with the other AGT members and wait for the locals to rise, shine, get their ****e together and turn up ops: . Have a good day at the dyno before going on a bit of a cruise before grabbing a feed and some grog. Sunday Wake with a hangover do the 3S’s and scoff down a greasy breakfast before meeting with everyone while waiting for the locals to rise, shine, get their ****e together, hang around and take some pics, drive somewhere else take some pics, until evening when it’s time to grab a feed and some grog. Monday Wake with a hangover do the 3S’s and scoff down a greasy breakfast before meeting with everyone while waiting for the locals to rise, shine, get their ****e together, hang around and take some pics before heading home. About 20 minutes from home order a pizza and shoot through a bottle shop, go home and colapse in a heap.

^ that's my plan except i've already arranged the friday off from work, and might head home on the sunday, drunk-o-meter permitting
and toyboy, the trip in 1 day is no problem at all. sit at 110 all the way from bris to sydney. takes about 9-10 hours taking it easy. have the music cranking, drinking lots of red bull / anything with a sugar overload... it's all good. |
