Help RE: Tachometer BA Astina
Hey guys,
I recently bought a 323 BA astina with my Fiance and have been very impressed by it. I agreed to install a tachometer into the car for looks sake, but struck a problem. I cant find the coil /slapface. I know its meant to come off the engine block on the right but dont want to take the casing off to get to it unless it actually is under all the casing. Ive never worked with this kind of car before and i have no idea how anything works with this kind of electrics. Any help would save my day, Thanks guys, ~Pat. |

You should be able to pull a tach signal from the back of the standard tacho. Is it an I4 or V6

Apparently it's a white wire from the distributor to the cluster (with a few plugs in between).

Get it from the back of the dash cluster is the best place.
