Talking Kj laser engine swap

Hi guys,
I have a manual 1.8L kj 1997 laser for Many years and now the engine getting tired, I am thinking of puting a Mazda 323 ba v6 2L into it to make it a bit exciting, I am not fancying excessive just around 15kw extra won't stress anything out. Is it possible simple or complex?, do I need looms, ecu manifol, afm etc..., I always fancy a 2L v6 in her for years, it is not all about power anymore, just want to make it come true.... If not too expensive. Btw I got the v6 already...yes I bought it before doing any research. Lol,..
Now all about labour and extra bits, need to draw up a list slowly if this project achievable otherwise recond the old motor.... I am in Sa.
Thanks for reading,, all in put appreciated
