Newbie Questions

I've just bought an 89 Astina SP, I've never had one before so I've got some noob questions:

The drivers seat is completely stuffed, I will try and dig up another seat but in the interim, is it possible to swap driver and passenger seat cushions (not rails, which are obviously different). Has anyone ever done this before? Are Astina SP seats different to standard Astina? There don't seem to be too many Astinas wrecking, can I use a normal BG 323 seat? What about KF Laser or Mazda 626?

I have started using the car in motorkhanas and khanacross but the suspension is really stuffed. Are there any coilover kits available? What about upgraded swaybars?

I'm after a rear wiper and fuel cap cover, is there anywhere cheap to get spare Astina parts?
