get a test light or volt meter and see if any power is goin though the wires connected to the horn (if there is power get a new horn)
otherwise start looking for the relay/fuse? (thats even if horns have relays) all i can think of atm. |

I'd grab a length of wire and test the horn on the battery first, then work backward with a meter/lamp.

as theres only only one wire running into the top of the horn as you can see in the img
im going to assume that it earths thru the body of the car so would i be right in guessing that just place the wire in the same hole as the bolt that holds the horn in with then hold it in with a bolt. then run that wire to a test light to the power cable? or is that just going to short out and lose a fuse? and cheers guys for the quick reply |

Put the bit that bolts on on the -ve terminal and run a short wire from the +ve to where the spade plugs in.
You'll know if it works
