Skidpan Day @ Gympie

Hi all,

Admin at www.qldcruising.net forwarded an idea to me regards holding a skidpan day at Roadcraft complex in Gympie. Same as what CoastCars used to do. Below is what it would cost to do it per driver:-

10 drivers - $110ea
11 drivers - $100ea
12 drivers - $92ea
13 drivers - $85ea
14 drivers - $79ea
15 drivers - $74ea

At these prices, who think they would be able to afford and come on the day? Need 10 or more drivers to make it viable, but 15 would be the max due to time requirements on the day.

All payments would be required 28 days before the date of the event.
All payments to be made using bank transfer to band deposit.
Once you pay, there will be no refunds. But someone else may take you place, (get the money from them.)
All drivers that want to be involved in the day, must pay $110 (10 person price) to lock-in there place.
If there is more than 10 drivers that pay, then a refund to the corrected amount will be given to all that have previously payed.

There is no clothing requirements for the day except enclosed footwear is a must. I'd bring a hat and sunnies though, as it will be a long day in the sun.

Queensland Cruising will be looking at doing this in April or May.
