the problem that you have is much too common with these cars, more and more as these cars age... so as long as you do what I recommended, it will not only fix your immediate problem, but it'll prevent further costly ones
Yes yes and yes +1

I am not surprised that Supercrap had no idea. They like to employ school kids with 3 braincells and 2 of them are defective..
Try a parts specialist. Repco, Bursons or Autobarn may be a lot better.
I try to restrict purchasing from Supercrap as the quality of the products is second only to a piece of crap.
Only things I buy there are consumable products or things that are sold elsewhere.

Yes they are. SP20, BJ-II and KQ lasers all use the same coil packs.

Pity you are so far away as I have 4 spare coil packs I could have loaned you as a tester.

the listing is correct

buy TWO as already said
trying to be cheap is going to bring disastrous results with this particular issue

coil packs,

as long as its ontop of the engine. 1.8l and 2.0l coilpacks are straight swap and fit.

laser kq coilpacks 1.8l and 2.0 ontop of engine will work on mazda.

if you need second hand working coilpacks I do have some and unopened brand new box of leads to suit if your desperate
