Wow. Poor pump and injectors @ 60psi. I guess mine are most efficient at 60-90 psi...

Yeah, the fuel pump died a few weeks after that...but it still did it. Have had a Walbro 255lph since then.

Stock psi is 43.5. So if you got a 1:1 RRFPR? Then you'd have 59.5 as Cookie said.

Mcwilly - your inbox is full I cant respond.

Best bet is to upgrade injectors pump and rail anyway.

Head will work stock but will have it rebuilt with new seals.
I will also be rebuilding bottom end with stock bpt pistons and b6t rods.
Vf10, running 17 or so psi?
Microtech lt10s
Custom exhaust manifold
3" exhaust
What about throttle body?
Should work all ok?

That'd make good power! You don't need another manifold. But you may make better power.

Pm sent.

On the other hand, how would I go about getting a engineers cert with the orig motor turbocharged, what difficulties will I face?

Also are custom turbo exhaust manifolds legal?

It will require emission testing which isn't easy to pass

A swap will also require the same wouldn't it? I'd love to go to nsw and get mine tested once running, out of curiosity.

I'd just get some nice new braided lines and fittings
