If it's a girls car, and it appeals to the female variety, what's the problem?

Rod: As for small cars, I LOVE small cars! After a couple of years in bigger cars, I found going back to the smaller cars the best thing I had ever done.

140km or metres :P

i've never been a fan of the hatch until recently. i'd say both the hardtop and hatch are a bit girly. my dad said my car was girly until i took him for a drive the other day. our deal: he doesn't say its girly anymore but he doesn't ask for rides either

Hardtop owners are just jealous of the hatch's sleek, sexy lines. (I actually like the hardtop though but shhh).

i reckon the hatch looks awesome with some of the aftermarket front bars. the standard one is very boxy.

doesnt the hardtop have the sleek lines? given that it has a slick nose and nice bum

To me, the Hatch has the better (and more individual) front, but the Hardtop has the better overall shape. I used to really detest the rear of the Hatch, but i don't mind it now.

And i think the reason they're called girls car is because they are simply attractive cars. They don't rely on ****loads of power to be appealing. And it's fun when my girlycar beats their eleventy billion kw Falcodore.

yeah but you're pushing what 250kw to the wheels or something insane like that. for me i have to really on being snappy through the corners. which isnt happening with my current suspension.

if you're in QLD i highly recommend the palmwoods -> montville -> maleny -> caloundra drive. its a blast, even with ****ty tyres and shocks

back on topic - you can turn a girly car into a non girly car by modding it out. example:- my car... last cruise i went on, someone thought it was a RX-8 cos of the tail-lights and big wheels. the girly idea never crossed there minds. astinas are rarely done up and when they are - they turn heads and people ask, "WTF is that? It's hot!" Morale of the story is - if you don't want your astina to be a girly car, mod it and turn it into a mans car.

i know what you mean, especially de-badged. people have said my car sounds like an N/A skyline but it clearly isn't one, so they have to ask "wtf?"
