alloy or steel?

heaps of sheap 14" alloys on ebay...

prefer alloy but depends on the price. just need something economical which are cheap to put tyres on :P (size wize)

alloys look better though!

also whats the most budget tyre worth getting? (i.e. not the cheapest one, but the one which has the most value!)
