Mazda 323 SP20- headlight bulb replacement

G'day, and sorry if this seems like a silly question.

I've blown the outside bulb in my headlights on my 2002 323 SP20. (it only works on high beam)
I had a real quick play with trying to get into the headlight assembly to pull out the bulb, but fading light and lack of know how beat me.

Is there a simple way to get to the bulb, so that I can pull it out, go down to Auto cheap, and replace it?

And can anyone name the type of bulb I require.

If you look on the headlight case somewhere above/inline with the globe will be the bulb designation.
