i have one
its called a BP22 ECU ..it also has BP25 sticker on the ECU

sad part is you have to use the BP22 idle controller..as its not like the normal BP engines...its a huge box that sits on the gearbox..

Could you please give a bit more explanation? Do I need to get that idle controller seperately? Doesn't my car has an idle controller now? Cheers!

yup im using unleaded NZ octane 91/95 normally but for the dyno run / racing im using 98 octane

yes the idle controller is seperate from the TPS etc..and the engine will not run with out it attached.d because its seperate you need to have the correct wiring loom to suit the normal loom will not run with it also the fuel injector loom is also different too....

its better to find a complete engine and go from there, you get the better pistons and cams from the BP22 engine to start with

you need

BP22 Ecu
Bp22 Afm..but i think the Bp05/06 one will work
main ECU wiring loom
idle controller, and piping
Fuel injectors wiring loom
most everything else is the same, coils, ignitor, injectors, etc

you should be able to get most of this from the UK as they would have them

kinda checked the number on the AFM
if it says BP22 give up as you already got one
if it says bp05/06//09/31/51/81 then thats what you have and can use after it s been tuned
