Start reading good buddy. About 250hp atw on a stock BPT block. All the way up to 600+hp atw with an FE3 block, huge turbo, ecu, etc. how far do you want to go and what do you want to do with it?

Welcome to the turbo bg club if u want big power and I mean big power check out the wtf 323 build but good upgrade is just a hybrid vf10...unless u wanna spend heaps on gearbox and engine internals, custom piping etc and the bill goes on

It currently is only running 9psi the guy i brought it off had no idea about anything....so i really dont know what is done.... it has no gauges, no timer ,controller, bov nothing.....it has a side mount intercooler(small one), not a bad size turbo, the car was made in australia but the motor is an import and its has been engineered to be street legal. but like i said i havent lost yet..........so where to start from here ?

The na head flows better, along with b6t rods and forged pistons they are pretty strong. I would just invest in a gauge to see what's going on and make sure everything is in check.
It wouldn't have a gtr setup would it? (bigger turbo, better engine internals etc.) Jump on Ford laser .com and get reading Oh and welcome to the club

I would start with a boost guage to see the true psi and if running 9psi as you say then get a t style boost controller and put it up a few psi but boost cut is at 14.4psi so dont go above that on factory ecu. What state are you in?

Also you should get some dohc turbo decals that replace the factory dohc 16 valve sticker near the side indicator I know who sells them cheap

Pics of the exhaust manifold will quickly end this motor debate. Get some pics up OP and lets see what you have.

a fully blown (turbo'd) FE3n engine with standalone engine management system + coilover suspension = 600++hp evo killer
