hail tonight

did any one get a lot?

got heaps here at chermside.

they were about the size of small marbles and they came down for about 10 minutes! outside looked like snow! in places the hail was a good 10cm thick!

luckily nextdoor is vacant at the moment and i have the keys so i was able to move my mum's car in their garage. however i dont think the hail would have caused any damage.

anyway, here's pics :

out my front door

I was on my way to see Big Gav when the storm hit and had to take up shop in a servo and spend 45mins huddled in a bus shelter until it was all finished
Damn mother nature, typical female

i want hail to hit my car ... insurance will hopefully right it off ... i will buy itback for $800, take two weeks off work then spend $2000 fixing it ... hey look the insurance just payed for my turbo!

if they dont ... respray!

win win situation

the hail wasnt big enough to cause car damage, however there were quite a few accidents around because australians dont know how to drive on ice!!!
