18" Wheels for SP20 Astina

Hey All,

I've read through almost every thread about wheels for the SP20 but still needed some advice.

It seems that the Rishie's recipe fitment is:-
215/35/18 x 7.5 offset is +48 and higher.

I've found wheels that have +45 offset.

1. Do you guys reckon this would this be a problem for SP20 Astina? It is likely that I will also lower the car by 2".
2. If I roll the guards, where can I do it (Brisbane) and what sort of prices would I be looking at?

Thanks.

mate a +45 offset is fine with a 2 inch drop. and your guards will not need rolling if you get 7inch wide rims rather then 7.5 inch rims .

hehe BTW i have 18"rims to suit the sp20 for sale . with toyo tyres . pm me if your interested. these had zero scrub with king super lows

Guys,
Thanks for your input. Has anyone had any experience or heard about: -
-HP Design Onyx, 18 x 7.5 Offset +40
- Starcorp Concept 9, 18 x 7.5 Offset +45
Rang a wheels shop and they said the above wheels would fit for sure. On the weekend, rang them again to ask about return policy (just in case it didn't fit) then they said that I couldn't return them if they didn't fit and told advised me to go on 17s....what the??

and even with the rolling of guards . if the offset is wrong for the car , it may still scrub.
