Weird Question

Hi everyone,
This is a strange question but for everyone that has a BG how is your boot carpet attached to something if it is attached?
I am asking because mine isnt attached to anything and just sits there. It is getting really annoying because my sub box keeps sliding all over the boot with the carpet.

thanks
Stewart

Yeah mine was loose as well, but i've made an mdf floor to cover the hole boot area it's hinged down the middle to fold up to get it out if i need to get to the spare and hinged on the end so i can get to the wiper bottle. I have glued the carpet to that. Now i have something to also screw my sub box to to keep it in place.

there is usually a thin layer of MDF that has the carpet glued to it with some contact glue (kwik Grip) to cover the spare tyre
