WTB: [NSW] Vf10 Urgent
HI all long time no msg have been busy with my turbo ba
i blew up my vf 10 hybrid and i need a new one ASAP anyone got one or knows anyone with one ??? PLEASE HELP

i'd say contact GTXWGN as he was making hybrids a while back.

VF10 / VJ20 which is original? i never remember
i have a complete original turbo if it helps that i could part with. ryan edit// oops that ain't what you are looking for, sorry. |

VJ20 is stock, VF10 bolts straight into the VJ20 exhaust housing for a low fuss hybrid.
I also recommend talking to GTXWGN. Knowing that the haltech had a maximum boost cut set in it, the only way I can see a VF10 with no shaft play blowing up in a week is if the shafts/blades were out of balance. I do remember reading that GTXWGN would pull them apart and mark shaft & blade to put them back without paying for a rebalance. It is possible it wasn't right when he put it back together, thats even if he did pull this one apart but worth a talk to him see if he will come to the party of a cheap replacement.

yah i know but i doubt he will but i will try.
he did take mine apart to replace seals and apprently assyembled it back to the orignal balance marks. and when it was boosting it kinda sounded like a jet engine sound comming from the turbo (not air sucking sound) witch did indercate and out of balance turbo. but nothings for sure. ill msg him on ford laser to see if he has another.
