Dizzy conversion

A basic run down is i have fitted the KH or BG dohc dizzy to my KJ lynx to run a external coil, i have the KH Bosch ignitor module and a HEC715 bosch coil all are brand new, i have spark, and the car tries to start but just cant do it, exhaust manifold is warm so i know something is igniting, all this has been wired up to a microtech Lt8's and i am now starting to wonder if it is a ecu setting, any ideas? thanks.
