Well it started on the 3rd turn of the key and ran smooth after a timing and idle adjustment. It does however have what I believe is an air leak, when I sit it at around 2250rpm the revs die then come back constantly. I think it may be leaking around the injectors..... is it possible to remove them without removing the manifold??

Well I put new driveshafts in this arvo, bled the clutch and topped up the fluids. Took it for a drive and holy **** it went flawlessly..... not sure what the rev issue was before but it certainly isnt there now. I'm ****in stoked lol

Well I've now clocked up 1,150k's on the engine and am about to change the oil to a Penrite 10w40 Full Synthetic.
I noticed today that when the car is at running temp it has a tiny little 'miss' every now and then when at idle so I've ordered some new ignition leads and whipped the plugs out this arvo to have a look. I thought they all looked rather good except this one from #3 cylinder which has some build-up on it. Not sure if it's the cause or result of the 'miss' or if I should be concerned about it? ![]()

Today I replaced the lower control arm bushes with Nolathane and put a new ball joint on the driver's side.
