got stino serviced last week. bloke said the horn didnt work then he couldn't find it.

yeah all the wiring is there and there's a click behind dash when horn BUTTON is pressed but no "haaaaaaaaaaawnk"

okay, turns out i have no horn
are these universal in some aspect? i'm thinking of going down to wreckers real soon so if i'm wrong please tell me so i dont waste my own time |

u can get a horn from supercheap even. for like $10.
just connect to the + and - coming from the horn button on the strearing wheel

from memory BGs can either have 1 or 2 horns...im pretty sure mine was on the drivers side behind the bumper bar...

the new european horns sound better than the old jap ones...the bg one sounded like sheit and then i honked the minis horn and fell in love i just wanted to honk it to hear it...

okay went to wreckers to get one and they didnt know what kind (1 wire or 2)
he took a look under the bonnet and didnt find where its supposed to be, or any wiring! where should the wiring be coming from? Last edited by S373N; 14-11-2009 at 10:58 AM. |
